and we’re buying a house. In one of those “you don’t really see it coming” moments, the O’Brien clan decided to purchase a new pad. A mix of the good timing and trying to avoid future headaches.
The new place is in the Swansea area of west Toronto. As the map shows we’re very close to High Park, the Bloor subway, Rennie Park, and Grenadier Pond.
We’ve put a few photos up here if you’re interested in to check the place out. It was built in 2001, and it has three fireplaces, three and a half bathrooms, three bedrooms, an office, walk-out basement and open concept kitchen with exposed brick.
Needless to say we’re very happy and look forward to taking possession in fairly short order.
